NAIMA | YOGA

Naima teaches in French and English

My path to yoga was profoundly transformed following a traumatic accident that changed my perception of things. This event allowed me to deepen my yoga practice, which has helped me regain strength, flexibility and harmony of body and mind. As a passionate yoga teacher, I'm dedicated to guiding others on their journey towards a connection to body and self, to live our full potential.

I integrate breath and movement into my dynamic vinyasa yoga classes, creating a fluid experience that connects body and mind. I also incorporate a practice of handstands and inversions, as I firmly believe in the ability of body and mind to challenge each other to gain power, strength and self-confidence. It's about transforming our perception of what's possible, of what we think we can or can't do, of letting ourselves be surprised by ourselves, to create our own reality and tap into our infinite possibilities. My practices are open to all, in a safe and welcoming environment, whatever your path, to develop both our physical and mental strength.

Mother of 3 wonderful daughters, I'm also a consultant to the United Nations, after a humanitarian career with the ICRC and the UN Migration Agency, which has taken me on many journeys, encounters and resilience.

With over 500h of certification, I am trained in vinyasa and yin yoga by yoga, anatomy and philosophy teachers. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you, whether you're new to yoga or an experienced yogi, to explore breath, movement and a deep connection to ourselves while having fun and reconnecting with our childlike souls.
