Passionate about everything to do with well-being, I naturally turned to
yoga in 2005. Since then, this discipline has become a true source of fulfillment in
my life. To deepen my knowledge, in 2013 I took a yoga instructor training course in Bali (RYT 200 - Yoga Alliance). Since then, I've been lucky enough to share my passion by giving
regular yoga classes.

Breathing has always played an important role in my classes. My discovery of Pranayama
dates back to when I was 18, through freediving. This early connection with breathing
consciousness has always fascinated me and guided me towards a deeper understanding of its importance
. In 2022, I specialized in Pranayama (YACEP - Yoga Alliance).

I look forward to sharing this beautiful exploration of breath with you and accompanying you on
the path of conscious breathing.
