FATIMA | ASHTANGA YOGA
Over the past few years, my work in humanitarian aid has taken me to every corner of the world, mainly to conflict zones. Amid the stress, adrenaline, and intensity of the field, one constant has been with me every day: my yoga practice.
After living in India for four years, I had already developed a solid foundation in my personal practice. Very quickly, the need to deepen my practice became clear. I then undertook a 500-hour training program in Nepal, exploring different styles of yoga, its philosophy, and its many dimensions.
In a world that’s moving faster and faster, yoga is a refuge for me. It’s a space for mindfulness, serenity, and reconnecting with oneself. Through my teaching, I aim to share this inner stability and guide everyone toward greater awareness, strength, and harmony.
