I discovered the techniques resulting from meditation through my work. For 19 years, I have been working with people in psychological and physical pain; it is quite naturally that my path has led me to yoga.
My teaching is a joyful mixture of Hatha and Viniyoga that adapts to the person, his body and his state of mind of the moment. Viniyoga allows everyone to exploit their potential. I think we are all capable of reaching the top, even if we use different paths. My classes are dynamic and invigorating, but I can also work in depth and gently. I like the challenge of adapting to your current needs.
