With a passion for movement and extensive experience in sports—particularly as a ski instructor—I draw inspiration from these activities to teach a balanced form of Pilates that builds well-rounded muscle tone and enhances body awareness.
For me, Pilates has been a true source of stability, helping me overcome physical injuries and moments of vulnerability, and achieve stability, inner strength, and lasting peace of mind.
