I have been into sports from a young age and it was during a trip to Australia in 2009 that I caught the fitness, lifestyle and running bug. 

I started outdoor bootcamps, and running when I was in the land down under and continued these sports once I returned to Switzerland. Five, ten, fifteen...the kilometers kept adding up until I achieved the 21 km mark, a half-marathon and then finally a full marathon. At the same time I never stopped working out and doing Pilates, all of which helped me build my core muscle strength.  

In 2015, after many requests I began to offer training sessions for first-time runners. I felt the need to share my passion with others and to guide them towards new challenges. My own next challenge was to coordinate outdoor bootcamp sessions.

 After 8 years of running fitness trainings, I finally decided to qualify as a Personal Trainer and follow the course offered by the University of Lausanne in 2017. This qualification would give me the skills necessary to accompany and guide my clients.

  In 2019 I embarked on my Pilates journey. I trained and was certified in this practice which connects breath to deep restorative core work. I was able to broaden my understanding of the human body and of movement.
